Having decided to give a home to two male dogs who are frightened of their own shadow, I needed help!  So I contacted Shaz which was the best thing I could have done for them.  Shaz spent time coming to the house to quietly sit and slowly moving around, eventually being able to play a game of ball and after a few weeks progressing to a short walk on the lead, and now they enjoy a good walk as any other dog would.

They now absolutely love Shaz and cant wait to go out with her.  A months later another dog arrived!  She too was in need of  home but this one had loads of confidence and now Shaz walks her as well.  Shaz is fantastic, caring, kind and a true dog lover.  Shaz helps me immensely with my three dogs and offers helps in many other ways too.

We were really struggling to find someone to have our Pug, due to a short break away and being let down by our usual place.  We found Shaz through searching the internet and we noticed straight away how much she loves her own fur babies (also Pugs) so we arranged to meet up with her, Dave, Jensen and Senna and went for a short walk.  Hugo got on with the dogs straight away, and Shaz and Dave treated Hugo no different than their own.  We arranged an overnight stay.  Due to Hugo staying upstairs at Home, and would be staying downstairs with Shaz, I was a little apprehensive at first.  But Shaz sent photo's and updates regularly to us.  Hugo did so well on his first night so we went ahead and booked for three nights and he settled so well.  We would definitely recommend for anyone to allow their dogs to stay.  We have already booked again for two nights in May 2022, as this is Hugo's #1 choice for his holidays, with Aunty Shaz, Uncle Dave and cousins, Jensen and Senna.

Our two fur babies recently stayed with Shaz at The Collar Club Staffs for 10 days while we went on holiday.  We first approached Shaz earlier in the year and had been so impressed with how she managed to get the perfect balance between being absolutely professional whilst also being warm and welcoming and making things to personal!

Shaz ensured the dogs had plenty of opportunities to get to know her and the household before staying for the 10 days, and this made us feel so much more confident in leaving them knowing they were somewhere familiar.

​

From the first visit the dogs were clearly happy and at ease, and took off running around the huge outdoor space and getting along with Shaz own house dogs.  The introductions were managed really well and it is clear that Shaz is animal focused!

​

During their 10 day stay, we received pictures and updated at least once per day and could see how comfortable the dogs were and how much fuss they were receiving, which meant we could enjoy our time away without worrying.  It seems that a real homely environment is created so its just like the dogs are staying with a family member, but with the added bonus of all of the knowledge and experience Shaz has to offer.

One of our dogs has a medical condition too she is a little more fragile than she likes to acknowledge (especially when she gets the zoomies!!).  I had absolute confidence in Shaz abilities to manage this and keep her safe.

I have no doubt in my mind that Shaz has every capability to look after and care for your furry friend, to the most highest of standards.  I wish her all the best with this exciting new venture, doing something she loves and is so passionate about.

I've known Shaz for 8 years and she is an amazing best friend. Shaz is fun, outgoing, caring and a very professional person. She has 3 fur babies whom she absolutely dotes on and adores them like they're her own children.
